Q: Do you offer pickup and delivery?

A: Yes. That is what we specialize in.  We come to you!  Most repairs and services can be handled at your home or business.  We do not want you to even have to unplug your computer.  Please call to verify your location for free pickup and delivery if needed.

 


Q: What type of warranty do you offer with your services?
A: All Your Way P.C. Doc Services branded systems come with a 10-day money back guarantee, a 6-month limited hardware warranty, and 50% off labor charge on upgrades for the life of the system.

Your Way P.C. Doc also offers two-year limited extended warranty, or a three-year limited extended warranty. The limited warranty covering your system will be noted on your invoice and included in the documentation accompanying your system.  We will only build a custom computer if requested.  We do not keep and stock an inventory of pre-built computers.  Our focus is on repair. 


 

Q: Do you match your competitors prices?

A: Yes. Your Way P.C. Doc will match our competitors' prices. In order to provide this service, we need the appropriate web address or company contact information to verify the pricing. Each price match is handled on an individual basis.

 


 

Q: Do you offer on-site service?

A: Yes. That is what we prefer.  This is a home business with no store front. We come to your home or business.  Most upgrades, repairs, maintenance, all software issues, and troubleshooting can be performed on-site.

 


 

Q: Do you support products that weren't purchased from you?

A: Yes. We support products that were purchased from other manufactures or businesses. However warranties are not transferable.

 


 

Q: What type of support do I receive?

A: Each system purchased from Your Way P.C. Doc comes with a 6-month phone support contract. Third party software and hardware not installed by Your Way P.C. Doc is not covered under this contract. Tutorial services will incur hourly charges.

Q: Do you give free estimates?

A: Yes. We will evaluate your requirements and give you a written competitive quote as soon as possible.

 


 

Q: What areas do you provide services to?

A: We provide onsite services to all of North Mississippi.

 


 

Q: I'm bringing in my computer / printer for repair... what else do I bring in with me?

A: For Notebooks or Laptops, please bring in your A/C Power supply. For PC's, desktops, etc.., usually nothing else is needed. No monitors, keyboards mice or power cords are necessary. However, if you have Restore Disks you may want to bring them in with you. If your printer has an A/C power adapter, please bring that in also.
 

 

Q: What about my data, files, documents etc.... will I lose all my information?

A: Every effort is made to preserve the data on your hard drive; however, we cannot guarantee your data. The best action you can take before bringing your computer in for repairs is to back up your data on a separate medium. If you have Restore Disks you may want to bring them in with you.
 

 

Q: How long will my repairs take?

A: Our goal is the reach all customers with same day service.  We always try to come to your home or business the same day of contact. However, there will always be a few exceptions.  Most software issues can be fixed same day. Occasionally, a proprietary part may need to be ordered and shipped for your equipment, which may add 2 - 3 days to the repair process. However, most parts can be found around town. If the estimated cost of repair exceeds $100 (parts & labor) you would be contacted for approval before we proceed further. Immediate service is available for an additional nominal charge providing that a technician is available.
 

 

Q: Is my computer / printer worth fixing?

A: For desktops, laptops and printers, it usually is worth repairing up to around $400.  Then it is probably better to purchase a new computer.
 

 

Q: What are your hours?

A: We are open and available to our customers 7 days a week.  10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
 

 

Q: Do you repair monitors?

A: We used to. However, since the cost of new monitors continues to fall, it's usually more cost effective for a customer to purchase a new monitor with full warranty as opposed to a repaired one with a 90 day warranty.
 

 

Q: Do you repair copy machines?

A: No, a specialist who deals exclusively with your particular model should repair your copy machine.
 

 

Q: Do you take Visa/Mastercard?

A: Yes, we accept all major credit cards via Paypal.
